mjEdit is currently in the final phase of alpha testing. The core functionality - OSCAL document editing, AI integration via MCP and the modular plugin system - is so far stable and has been offered to external testers for testing mjEdit in a closed group of VIP testers for a few days.
Next step: Extended beta test with GRC focus
In advance of the official release, we would like to specifically validate mjEdit in real GRC environments. We are looking for experts and teams who can test mjEdit under production-related conditions in the following fields of application:
-
Multi-Compliance Management — parallel processing of multiple regulatory frameworks (e.g. BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOC 2) within an OSCAL-based workflow
-
Security assessments — structured capture of security requirements, evidence and measure status in OSCAL-SSP and OSCAL-AP/AR documents
-
Audit preparation and support — Use of mjEdit as a documentation and evidence platform in internal and external audit processes
What beta testers receive
- Early access to mjEdit before public release
- Direct contact with the development team for feedback and feature requests
- Consideration of practical use cases in further development
- Support with initial setup and OSCAL configuration
